Beefy breakfast balls

I made these beefy breakfast balls the other day on a whim. And omigosh they are so good! I’m calling them beefy breakfast balls because I love alliteration, but really they are good anytime. These are good hot or cold, for breakfast or supper, with boiled eggs or fried eggs.

By-the-by I lost my charger for my nice camera, so please bear with me (and my cell phone pics) while I anxiously await the UPS delivery.

Watcha Need

1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup almond flour
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt

How ya make ’em

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Throw everything into a bowl and mix it up with your hands until fully incorporated.
  3. Roll into even balls (mine made 12 balls).
  4. Place them on a foil lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking to make sure they are fully cooked.
